Sillyness with helen and Helen.

Princess Helen, Princess off the proud nation of Cypratos, was sent to a college in space. She were a human.from one of many independant human worlds And she had nearly never seen aliens before, as her planet was mostly sea-based, and all the islands and smaller continents were all nearly completely settled by humans. With some small elven and orcen minorities.

She were sent to a space-college on a space-station to learn to be the future ruler in an era where Cypratos were opening up trade more and more to other worlds and their new allies in the Union of free worlds. Or ‘’the union’’ or just UFW for short.

And even more interesting. She were set to live in a normal apartment, she had packed lightly and her usual clothes, the royal palace stood on an island in the warmer mild place of Planet Cypratos.

She were as the rest of the cypriot water-mages. It came natural to them. As huamns had evolved to survive on a water-based world. She were able to transform into a mermaid, and also use water-magic.

Cypratos are famous for their mermaid towns. But humans can’t be born under water. So they have to live on land for a few years.

But Helen, the human walked in heels and dress towards an apartment block. It was a middle-class appartment block.Taking the elevator to third floor. She walks out and down the corridoor until she finds the apartment she were looking for. Number...42.

It’s relatively clean. Someone have put their garbage outisde one door. And its a bunch of empty cans in a cardboard box outside another door. But she uses her key to unlock the door with the key given. She lifts her wheeled suitcase over the door-frame and into the apartment.

It’s a wooden apartment. Very different from what she’s used to. With all the stone and coral buildings from back home. Here its concrete with wallpapers, wood and a lot of cheap or old furniture. She looks around. Its three doors in the entrance. One with a heart-shaped door-sign that says ‘’KIMMONO’’ on it. And another with a hair-brush hanging on the door, nailed onto it with a big nail.

This was quite low-tech . Helen thought as she looked around. Suddenly, a woman exits the bathroom nude. And looks at helen. The woman is shorter then helen, with spiked long ears, long orange hair, green eyes and freckles and she says ‘’oh..uh....wait there just a bit’’ then the Woman wanishes into the bathrooom and starts talking in a language Helen don’t understand. Rather stressed-sounding. Before the woman comes out again. Wearing a very long shirt and a pair of shorts nearly hidden by the t-shirt. ‘’oh sorry sorryy. Me be Sonja. Yer be the new roomie?’’ and takes her left long-fingered hand out to greet Helen.

Helen see that the woman are not a woman.But rather a girl. Don’t look older then 17.
Helen looks at the hand quite surprised still by the unfamiliar surroundings. And this woman not curtsying but wanting to shake hands.  Helen takes her manikured hand out and shakes hands with the red-head and says ‘’y-Yes ..I am Helen. Helen of Cypratos’’
With a very girly voice.

Sonja starts to laugh and says ‘’oh, yer a spoon-ear. Didn’t think me get to be roomie to one. How nice. Kimmono be out working right now. She’s not a student. She’s the one living here originally, she be a lovely blob o’love. Great to see yer. Oh me be rabbling. Lemme go find yer room fer ye’’ she says as she just grabs Helen’s hand and drags her  back into the entrance. Helen are so shocked she just follows after the energetic one.

Sonja opens a door and says’’here be yer room. There be a storage room right beside ye. Its not too big a room. But yer get used to it. Just shout if yer wondering on anything Helena’’ and then Sonja are gone. Wanished towards the living room and kitchen.

Helen just looks around. And hopes that not all the non-humans are as crazy as that one. The room she was led to was much smaller then what she was used to. But it wasn’t that small. It had a desk, a bed, dresser and a closet for clothes. Everything were very sterile white tho. Except the wooden bed.

Helen shrugs and starts unpacking her things. She sees the window with curtains. And thinks this looks quite low-tech. Especially for a space-station.
Suddenly Sonja opens the door and says ‘’wanna eat something? Me be making dinner. Be me time today. Yer want Lasagne or Fiskegrateng?’’ to which Helen replies ‘’uh...Lasagne ..please?’’ and Sonja nods and says ‘*Aye aye’’ and heads off again. Closing the door after her rather loud. Sonja shouts ‘’SORRY!!’’ from behind the door. And Helen wonder what kind of crazy roomates she’s going to live with.

After around 40 minutes Kimmy comes home. Or Kimmono as Sonja calls her.  She’s a 26 year old cat-woman. With soft fur and a tail swaying as she walks. She’s wearing jeans and shirt with a rain-coat.
’’PLANKETHAAA’’’ she shouts to which Sonja replies ‘’KIMMONOOOOO’’as the shorter redhead runs over and hugs Kimmy. Helen comes out of her room and looks at them and says ‘*hello, I am your new room-mate’’ to which Kimmy replies ‘’ooooh. Ye the new flat-mate? Yay. I am Kimmy.’’ to which Sonja adds in ‘’Kimmono ‘t’ flat-mother’’ to which Kimmy says ‘’And this energetic goof is Planke. She’s an energetic one, but don’t be afraid. She aint that scary’’ to which Planke tries to look scary but only manages to look adorable ‘’WRAAAAH’’ this makes Helen giggle and say ‘’ its a....different apartment from what I thought. I thought we would live in a student housing’’ to which Kimmono says ‘’oh no. You are the only one studying. Planke here works at a cafe and for me’’

To this Helen says ‘’are you a cafe-owner?’’ and Kimmy laughs and Planke says ‘’nay nay. Her mother owns a few bars. And she’s manager of one of them. Me works for her sometimes.and other times at a cafe by yer campus, if yer a studen that is. Yer looks like yer a student’’ to which Helen replies ‘’uh...yeah’’
‘’Ah. She ment me should stay here so yer didn’t come to an empty house. But me was so smelly me took a shower. Ah fire-mages ye know’’ to which Helen raises her brow ‘’fire-mage?’’ and Sonja replies ‘’aye. Me be a fire-witch’’as she lits her hand on fire to show. And Kimmy says ‘’not indoor, atleast not here’’ to which Sonja nods and says ‘’aye aye’’ and then runs off and Kimmy shouts ‘’AND NO RUNNING INDOOR. MISSY’’ and Planke shouts back ‘’AYE AYE KIMMONO’’ and slows down to a fast walk. And takes out plates and puts food on three plates. And takes them out to the living room and puts the plates out on a dinner-table, and says ‘’food’s ready darlin’ an’ Blue’’ to which Helen asks ‘’Blue?’’ and Sonja says ‘’Aye. Yer dress be blue’n’white. So yer blue’’

That’s such a simple yet practical logic that Helen have to giggle. As she goes over to eat Dinner with her new room-mates.
